Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Lazada, Shopee)
- Coordinate inventory management and stock replenishment processes
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries via email and chat support
- Assist in creating engaging product descriptions and digital content
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Support digital marketing campaigns including social media promotions
- Collaborate with logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
- 1+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms and inventory management tools
- Strong written communication skills for customer engagement
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices
