Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the company’s online stores on Shopee and Lazada platforms.
- Create, update, and optimize product listings, ensuring high-quality images and detailed descriptions for maximum visibility.
- Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, manage orders, and ensure timely fulfillment to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Execute marketing campaigns, manage promotions, and participate in platform-specific events (e.g., 9.9, 11.11) to drive sales volume.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics partners to prevent stockouts or overstock situations.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, optimize strategies, and suggest improvements for the store.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, platform algorithm changes, and competitor activities to stay ahead of the curve.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, specifically on Shopee or Lazada.
- Strong understanding of online store management, SEO basics for product listings, and digital marketing principles.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and e-commerce management tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
