- Store Management: Monitor and manage product listings on Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopee, ensuring accuracy in descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Customer Engagement: Handle customer inquiries and after-sales support promptly via messaging platforms to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Order Processing: Track order status, resolve shipping issues, and process returns or refunds efficiently.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online sales campaigns, flash sales, and promotional events.
- Inventory Coordination: Work closely with logistics teams to ensure stock availability and prevent overselling.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor sales metrics and customer feedback to identify trends and improve store performance.
- Compliance: Ensure all activities adhere to marketplace policies and guidelines to maintain a healthy seller account.
Kualifikasi
- Experience: Proven experience in E-commerce or Online Store Management, specifically with Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopee.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
- Tools: Proficient in using marketplace seller centers and CRM software.
