Are you passionate about growing e‑commerce brands and shaping digital experiences? We are looking for a proactive E‑Commerce & Brand Operations Executive to join our fast‑moving team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role you will own and expand sales across leading marketplaces such as Shopee and Lazada, while driving integrated brand campaigns that resonate online and offline.
You will work directly with the founder, gaining deep insight into business strategy and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This is a unique opportunity to combine analytical thinking with creative execution, overseeing product listings, advertising budgets, promotional calendars, and performance analytics.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end‑to‑end operations on Shopee, Lazada and other e‑commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory, and order fulfillment.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (paid ads, flash sales, influencer collaborations) to boost traffic and conversion.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, prepare weekly reports, and recommend data‑driven optimizations.
- Coordinate with creative, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure smooth order processing and brand consistency.
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines for online and offline touchpoints to strengthen brand identity.
- Identify market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities for growth.
- Support the founder in strategic planning, budgeting, and new platform launches.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1‑2 years of experience managing e‑commerce operations on Shopee, Lazada, or similar platforms.
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and managing advertising budgets.
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform decisions.
- Excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop compelling brand campaigns.
- Good communication skills in English; Malay is a plus.
