Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute category-specific strategies to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Monitor and analyze daily category performance data, providing actionable insights for improvement.
- Manage end-to-end product listing optimization, including categorization, price competitiveness, and stock health.
- Coordinate with merchant partners to ensure timely product launches and promotional campaign participation.
- Conduct regular market research to identify trends, competitor pricing, and emerging consumer demands.
- Streamline operational processes to reduce friction in the customer purchase journey.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on category health and operational efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in E-commerce operations, category management, or online marketplace management.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or SQL) with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce ecosystem dynamics and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is mandatory.
