Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and optimize daily operations across various e-marketplaces including Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost overall sales.
  • Create, curate, and manage engaging content for social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory accuracy.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns, including seasonal sales and platform-specific mega-events.
  • Handle customer inquiries and feedback across digital channels to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with influencers and external partners to expand the brand's reach through affiliate marketing.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (1-3 years) in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopee Seller Centre, TikTok Shop, etc.).
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, including Facebook Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce compelling marketing copy and basic visual assets.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and Microsoft Excel for reporting and performance tracking.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently in a target-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with current social media trends and algorithm changes.
