Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement multi-channel digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media) to drive e-commerce sales
- Optimize product listings and website conversion rates through A/B testing and performance analytics
- Manage paid advertising budgets across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) with ROI focus
- Analyze customer behavior data to identify trends and optimize marketing funnels
- Create engaging content for email marketing, social media, and landing pages
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, sales) to align marketing initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and generate actionable reports for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on e-commerce digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media advertising platforms
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM principles and e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce)
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Creative mindset with experience in developing compelling digital campaigns
- Strong written communication skills for content creation and reporting
