Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations of online storefronts and marketplaces to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels
- Coordinate with marketing, sales, and product teams to align online strategies with business objectives
- Ensure product listings are accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines
- Develop and execute promotional strategies to drive traffic and increase sales
- Manage customer service inquiries related to online purchases and ensure timely resolution
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing role
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar systems
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
