Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings on leading e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and LazMall to ensure high visibility.
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns to drive traffic and boost conversion rates.
- Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and market trends to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust pricing or promotional strategies accordingly.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online messaging channels to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the internal marketing team to create engaging content, including banners and promotional materials.
- Regularly update the company website and social media pages to reflect current inventory and brand messaging.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic graphic design software.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and generate reports.
- Must be willing to work in Tangkak, Johor.
