Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize all e-commerce platforms including websites, marketplaces, and social media channels
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic and conversions
- Monitor and analyze sales data, website metrics, and customer behavior to identify growth opportunities
- Coordinate with product teams to ensure accurate and compelling product listings and descriptions
- Implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and visibility
- Manage online promotions, discounts, and special offers to boost sales and customer loyalty
- Collaborate with customer service team to resolve e-commerce-related issues and improve customer experience
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in e-commerce and digital marketing
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar systems
- Experience with digital marketing tools including Google Analytics, SEO tools, and social media platforms
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Indonesian
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Creative mindset with ability to develop innovative marketing strategies
