Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the hospitality industry? Listings Bali is seeking a dynamic E-Commerce Executive to join our growing team in Denpasar. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our digital storefront, ensuring that our property listings perform at their peak across all major Online Travel Agencies (OTAs).
You will be responsible for bridge-building between our physical accommodation operations and our digital presence. By utilizing cutting-edge Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Manager software, you will streamline bookings, optimize room rates, and provide an exceptional digital guest experience from the moment a reservation is made until check-out.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update property inventory, rates, and availability across various OTAs (Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, etc.).
- Execute daily operations using PMS and Channel Manager systems to ensure real-time accuracy.
- Monitor and respond to guest inquiries and reviews to maintain high performance and satisfaction scores.
- Analyze booking trends and provide actionable insights to improve occupancy rates.
- Coordinate with the on-site operations team to ensure a seamless transition between bookings and guest arrivals.
- Handle technical troubleshooting for channel connectivity and platform integration issues.
- Generate weekly reports on channel performance and e-commerce KPIs.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in e-commerce, reservation management, or hospitality operations.
- Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Channel Manager software.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a high-pressure environment.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with flexibility in operations.
