Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily store operations on Lazada, including product uploads, price adjustments, and inventory management.
- Optimize product listings and images to improve visibility and conversion rates through effective SEO strategies.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Execute digital marketing campaigns, including promotions, discounts, and flash sales, to drive sales volume.
- Coordinate closely with the logistics and customer service teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated with industry best practices and emerging market trends.
- Prepare and submit weekly or monthly sales reports to management.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience in e-commerce, preferably on Lazada or Shopee platforms.
- Strong understanding of online marketing tools, SEO, and PPC campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Valid Malaysian citizenship or working pass.
