In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand presence on leading marketplace platforms, ensuring our digital storefronts are optimized for visibility, engagement, and conversion.
As our E-commerce Executive, you will manage day-to-day operations, including product listings, campaign coordination, and performance analytics. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to execute marketing strategies that capture market share and enhance the overall customer experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain product listings across various e-commerce marketplaces (e.g., Shopee, Lazada) to ensure 100% accuracy and appeal.
- Coordinate and execute end-to-end promotional campaigns, including flash sales, vouchers, and platform-specific events.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to prevent stockouts and manage order fulfillment.
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance data to provide actionable insights for business growth.
- Optimize product titles, descriptions, and imagery using SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings.
- Collaborate with the customer service team to manage inquiries, reviews, and conflict resolution to maintain store ratings.
- Keep abreast of competitor activities and industry trends to suggest new opportunities for brand expansion.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces or digital retail platforms.
- Proficiency in using marketplace seller centers and backend management tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create comprehensive reports.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively manage vendor and customer relationships.
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is highly preferred.
