Tanggung Jawab

  • Support daily e-commerce operations including product listings, inventory updates, and order processing
  • Develop and execute Mandarin-language content for product descriptions and marketing campaigns
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify market trends and optimization opportunities
  • Assist in managing social media channels and online advertising campaigns targeting Mandarin-speaking audiences
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams to ensure seamless cross-border fulfillment
  • Monitor competitor activities and emerging e-commerce technologies in the APAC region

Kualifikasi

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field
  • Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (both written and spoken)
  • Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail for data interpretation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital marketing tools
