Tanggung Jawab
- Host engaging live streaming sessions across platforms to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and product features in real-time.
- Create high-quality video and photo content for social media, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, and promotional ads.
- Manage daily social media interactions, responding to comments and messages to foster community growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars and execute multi-channel campaigns.
- Analyze engagement metrics and viewer feedback to optimize future content and improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated on the latest e-commerce trends, platform algorithms, and visual storytelling techniques.
- Assist in the coordination of online events and virtual try-on experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in E-commerce, Social Media Marketing, or Content Creation.
- Proven experience in hosting live streams or producing high-quality video content.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to speak clearly and engagingly on camera.
- Familiarity with video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere) and basic graphic design principles.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and SEM best practices is a plus.
- A passion for fashion, lifestyle, or optical products is highly desirable.
