Are you a high-energy E-Commerce leader with a passion for the pet industry? PT. PETOUR PETFOOD is seeking an experienced E-Commerce Manager to spearhead our digital sales strategy across Indonesia. You will have full ownership of our online storefronts, driving growth for our four premium pet food brands on major platforms including Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.

In this role, you will lead a high-performing team and be the primary architect of our digital commercial roadmap. The ideal candidate will combine data-driven decision-making with creative marketing intuition to maximize GMV, optimize conversion rates, and build long-term brand loyalty. You will navigate the fast-paced landscape of Indonesian social commerce, turning digital traffic into measurable business success.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies for 4 flagship pet food brands across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and Lazada.
  • Take full P&L and GMV ownership, monitoring sales performance, ROAS, and market share.
  • Lead, mentor, and scale the e-commerce team to ensure operational excellence in order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage end-to-end digital marketing campaigns, including platform-specific promotional calendars and influencer collaborations.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and market trends to optimize product listings, pricing, and visual merchandising.
  • Collaborate with the supply chain and warehouse teams to ensure seamless stock management and efficient logistics.
  • Directly manage relationships with platform key account managers to secure strategic visibility and support for brand campaigns.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in E-Commerce management, preferably within the FMCG or Pet Care industry.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in navigating the back-end ecosystems of Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.
  • Demonstrated success in managing substantial marketing budgets and achieving aggressive sales growth targets (GMV).
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in data analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, platform native dashboards) to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Strong command of English and Indonesian, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
