Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and process incoming online sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team to resolve order-related inquiries.
- Monitor online inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product features to effectively upsell and cross-sell to customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and social media channels in a professional manner.
- Update sales performance trackers and assist in preparing daily sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company sales policies and e-commerce best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in e-commerce, retail sales, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in Manila City and adapt to shifting schedules if required.
