We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-Commerce Operation Assistant to support our growing online business at Tien Ming Distribution Sdn. Bhd. You will be responsible for managing product listings, responding to customer inquiries, and processing orders with a high degree of precision. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage daily operations on major e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, LazMall) to ensure seamless store performance.
- Monitor and update product listings, including optimizing descriptions, uploading high-quality images, and adjusting pricing strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries via live chat, email, and phone with a focus on professionalism and timely resolution.
- Assist in the end-to-end order processing cycle, from order confirmation to coordination with logistics for shipment.
- Analyze sales performance data and prepare regular reports to support business decision-making and identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory management.
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns and social media engagement activities to boost brand visibility.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree in any field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel for data entry and basic analysis.
- Basic understanding of E-commerce platforms and online shopping trends is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Demonstrated ability to be detail-oriented, organized, and efficient in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; relevant internship experience is a plus.
