Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage daily order processing across multiple e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, and official website).
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners to ensure timely fulfillment and delivery of customer orders.
- Update product listings, including images, descriptions, and pricing, to maintain brand consistency and accuracy.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and returns to ensure high customer satisfaction ratings.
- Maintain healthy inventory levels by monitoring stock counts and flagging replenishment needs to the supply chain team.
- Generate weekly operational reports to track sales performance, return rates, and platform traffic.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online promotions and flash sale events.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, digital retail, or customer service.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce seller centers (Shopee Seller Centre, Lazada Seller Center, or Shopify).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure during peak sale seasons.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational troubleshooting.
