Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in maintaining and optimizing online product listings on e-commerce platforms.
- Support live-streaming operations, including setup, engagement, and order tracking during broadcasts.
- Coordinate packaging and order fulfillment processes to ensure timely dispatch.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in regular stock audits.
- Communicate with customers to address inquiries and provide support regarding their orders.
- Assist in the preparation of delivery documentation and coordination with logistics partners.
- Contribute to marketing campaigns by analyzing customer feedback and identifying improvement areas.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Strong interest in the e-commerce and retail food industry.
- Basic proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
