In this hybrid role, you will be the driving force behind our online storefronts, ensuring our products stand out in a competitive digital landscape.

You will be responsible for end-to-end product listing management, from crafting compelling copy to optimizing high-converting imagery. We are looking for someone who thrives on data-driven results and has an eye for design. As part of our team, you won't just be managing listings—you’ll be shaping the customer journey and improving conversion rates. Tanggung Jawab

  • Create, update, and manage high-quality product listings across various e-commerce platforms.
  • Write engaging, SEO-optimized product descriptions that boost search rankings and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the design team to ensure product imagery, infographics, and banners align with brand standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure product availability.
  • Perform regular audits of product pages to fix broken links, outdated info, or low-performing content.
  • Analyze competitor listings and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies for titles, descriptions, and images to optimize performance.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or content management.
  • Proficiency in popular e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee, Amazon).
  • Strong command of English, both written and verbal, with a knack for persuasive copywriting.
  • Basic knowledge of image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
