Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings across multiple e-commerce marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada)
- Develop and execute targeted digital advertising campaigns across online platforms
- Monitor and analyze sales data, traffic metrics, and conversion rates
- Coordinate with suppliers and logistics teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic search visibility
- Create compelling promotional content and product descriptions
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Optimize user experience and conversion funnels
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in e-commerce management
- Proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation
- Familiarity with Indonesian e-commerce marketplaces
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar)
