- Manage and optimize the company's Shopify store, including product uploads, category management, and theme customization.
- Drive online sales growth through strategic content creation and effective use of digital marketing tools.
- Analyze website traffic, conversion rates, and customer behavior to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing product images and promotional banners.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Ensure a seamless and user-friendly customer experience across all digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role, preferably with Shopify expertise.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and how they apply to e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience with Google Analytics and other data analytics tools.
