Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize beauty/personal care e-commerce platforms (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada)
- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns to drive online sales and brand awareness
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with marketing teams on content creation and social media strategies
- Monitor competitor activities and industry innovations to stay ahead of market trends
- Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve online visibility and conversion rates
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless fulfillment
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of e-commerce management experience in beauty/personal care industry
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO platforms)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret sales data and KPIs
- Experience managing online marketplaces and e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication and project management abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian beauty market trends and consumer preferences
- Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English
