Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end e-commerce store operations, including product listings, promotions, and inventory tracking.
- Execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns across social media, SEO, and email marketing platforms.
- Analyze daily sales performance and website traffic metrics to identify actionable growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the operations team to optimize order fulfillment workflows and improve customer satisfaction ratings.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain healthy stock levels and negotiate favorable terms.
- Assist leadership in formulating and implementing strategic business expansion plans.
- Conduct competitive market research to keep our product offerings ahead of industry trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Business, Marketing, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or start-up operations.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Shopify, or similar e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
- Proven ability to multitask and thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, deadline-oriented environment.
