Ogooda Car Accessories is looking for a dynamic E-commerce Supervisor to lead our online sales operations in Quezon City. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing our digital storefronts, optimizing product listings, and driving sales growth across various online marketplaces.
As our E-commerce Supervisor, you will act as the bridge between our inventory and our digital customers, ensuring a seamless shopping experience. You will analyze market trends, manage promotional campaigns, and mentor a team to achieve our ambitious revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase sales and brand visibility.
- Manage end-to-end operations of online marketplaces (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and website).
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability.
- Analyze sales performance metrics, website traffic, and customer behavior to optimize conversion rates.
- Supervise and mentor the e-commerce team to ensure high standards of customer service and order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement effective promotional campaigns.
- Ensure accurate product descriptions, pricing, and image quality across all digital platforms.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in an E-commerce supervisory or lead role.
- Proven track record of managing e-commerce platforms and driving online sales growth.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, SEO, and social media advertising.
- Proficient in using e-commerce backend systems and Microsoft Excel for reporting.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be willing to be assigned and work on-site in Quezon City.
