- Oversee the daily operations and performance of all e-commerce platforms, including company websites and online marketplaces.
- Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to achieve sales targets, increase conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance metrics, sales trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Manage product listings, inventory levels, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns across all online channels.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless campaign execution, efficient order fulfillment, and superior customer experience.
- Implement and optimize SEO/SEM best practices, along with other digital marketing tactics, to enhance organic search rankings and drive qualified traffic.
- Provide leadership and guidance to junior team members or manage specific e-commerce projects from inception to completion.
- Continuously research new e-commerce trends, technologies, and best practices to keep Orang Tua Group at the forefront of digital commerce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or digital sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully driving online sales growth and managing diverse e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, Lazada, Tokopedia).
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email campaigns.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in e-commerce analytics tools such as Google Analytics and other performance tracking software.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
- Proactive problem-solver with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic e-commerce environment.
