- Develop and execute TikTok content strategies aligned with brand objectives and target audience demographics
- Create engaging video content, graphics, and written posts for e-commerce platforms and social channels
- Manage TikTok account including daily content posting, community engagement, and trend monitoring
- Collaborate with marketing team to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all digital touchpoints
- Analyze content performance metrics and provide actionable insights for strategy optimization
- Stay current with TikTok trends, algorithm updates, and emerging social media best practices
- Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for product launches and seasonal offers
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in TikTok content creation and social media management
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative video production and graphic design skills
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms and digital marketing principles
- Ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
