- Conduct product research and identify trending niches for print-on-demand stores.
- Create and optimize product listings on platforms such as Shopify, Etsy, and WooCommerce, including high-converting copy, keyword optimization, and mockup generation.
- Manage day-to-day customer service inquiries, including order status, shipping issues, and returns.
- Oversee order fulfillment and quality control through POD suppliers like Printful, Printify, or CustomCat.
- Design and schedule social media content to drive traffic and brand awareness.
- Assist with database management, order processing, and maintaining organized store inventories.
- Monitor store analytics and prepare basic performance reports.
- Coordinate with the design and marketing teams to launch new products and promotions.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, E-commerce Assistant, or similar role.
- Strong working knowledge of print-on-demand business models and suppliers (e.g., Printful, Printify).
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Etsy, WooCommerce is a must).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Basic understanding of design tools like Canva or Photoshop is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote/hybrid environment.
- Must be based in or willing to work in Pasay City, Metro Manila.
