As an Early Childhood Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds of our young learners. You will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and intellectually stimulating environment where children can connect with the natural world. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement nature-based, age-appropriate lesson plans that encourage exploration and play.
- Facilitate daily indoor and outdoor activities that align with the preschool's pedagogical approach.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment that promotes child development.
- Observe and document children’s progress, interests, and developmental milestones.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with parents and guardians through consistent communication.
- Ensure the well-being, safety, and hygiene of all students under your care at all times.
- Collaborate with fellow educators to refine and improve the school's unique curriculum.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of teaching experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting.
- Deep passion for nature-based learning and outdoor education.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and/or Malay.
- Strong classroom management skills with a patient and nurturing demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Relevant certification in First Aid and CPR is considered an asset.
