Tanggung Jawab
- Manage product listings, inventory updates, and pricing across e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with suppliers for timely stock replenishment and quality assurance
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns across social media and email channels
- Monitor website analytics and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve order fulfillment issues
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional strategies and content creation
- Prepare regular sales reports and inventory analysis for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-2 years of experience in e-commerce operations or digital marketing
- Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with digital advertising tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager)
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization
