You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations on our digital storefronts, resolving customer concerns with empathy and professionalism, and contributing to the overall efficiency of our order fulfillment process. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage incoming customer inquiries across multiple digital channels (chat, email, and social media) with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Oversee the end-to-end order processing lifecycle, ensuring all transactions are recorded and fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Provide proactive after-sales support to resolve issues and maintain high customer satisfaction scores.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or logistics team to update product availability.
- Handle order escalations, including tracking updates, refunds, and return requests in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain a professional brand voice while interacting with customers to build brand loyalty.
- Generate daily reports on sales inquiries, common customer pain points, and operational bottlenecks.
Kualifikasi
- College graduate or equivalent experience in Ecommerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in customer support, virtual assistance, or ecommerce operations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in using ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Lazada, Shopee) and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle high-volume inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
- Must be based in or willing to work on-site in Cebu City.
- Tech-savvy with a high degree of comfort using office productivity software and messaging platforms.
