Are you a digital-native professional with a passion for brand storytelling and conversion optimization? GMG is looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Executive to join our team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's bustling Tun Razak Exchange. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our brand websites, ensuring a seamless, premium online shopping experience that converts casual browsers into loyal customers.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce platforms, from product catalog management and digital merchandising to analyzing traffic performance. The ideal candidate is data-driven, creative, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment where every click counts.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain product listings, ensuring accurate pricing, descriptions, and high-quality imagery.
  • Execute digital marketing campaigns and promotions to drive traffic and increase site conversion rates.
  • Monitor website performance metrics and generate actionable insights via Google Analytics and internal dashboards.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and marketing teams to align web content with seasonal campaigns.
  • Conduct regular site audits to troubleshoot technical issues and optimize user navigation paths.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to improve landing page performance and customer journey mapping.
  • Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep our digital presence ahead of the curve.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in E-commerce management or digital merchandising.
  • Proficiency with E-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web traffic data and sales reports.
  • Solid understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing principles.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for visual detail and brand consistency.
  • Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
