Commerce Pulsar is a rapidly growing e-commerce enabler, empowering brands to thrive in the marketplace and social commerce ecosystem. We are looking for a dynamic Ecommerce Executive (Marketplace or Social Commerce) to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, operating, and scaling e-commerce brands across major online marketplaces and social platforms.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop strategies that drive traffic, conversion, and sales, while ensuring a seamless customer experience. What You'll Do:
- Own the end-to-end operations of marketplace and social commerce channels, from product listing to order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns to boost visibility and sales on platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and Instagram Shopping.
- Monitor performance metrics, analyse sales data, and provide actionable insights to optimise listings and advertising spend.
- Manage inventory levels, coordinate with logistics partners, and ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging platform features to keep our brand at the forefront.
- Collaborate with creative, content, and customer service teams to maintain brand consistency and high customer satisfaction.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day operations of marketplace (Shopee, Lazada) and social commerce channels (Instagram, Facebook Shop).
- Create and optimise product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and SEO keywords to maximise visibility and conversion.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, flash sales, and advertising initiatives to drive traffic and sales growth.
- Analyse sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
- Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry best practices to continuously improve brand positioning.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce or digital marketing, preferably with marketplace or social commerce exposure.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, and online advertising tools is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working in a fast-paced team environment.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
