Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the daily end-to-end order fulfillment process, including picking, packing, and labeling of goods.
- Perform regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally regarding order status, returns, and exchanges.
- Coordinate with local courier services and logistics providers to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse workspace to optimize workflow efficiency.
- Process incoming shipments and perform quality control checks on received items.
- Assist in preparing shipping documentation and tracking reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'N' or 'O' Level or equivalent experience in logistics or eCommerce operations.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management software is a plus.
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks as required by the warehouse environment.
- Must be reliable, proactive, and capable of working independently or within a small team.
- Willingness to adapt to flexible working hours to meet peak season demands.
