Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase marketplace traffic and conversion rates.
- Lead and mentor the operations and live-streaming team to ensure brand consistency and sales performance.
- Manage daily storefront operations, including product listing optimization, campaign coordination, and inventory oversight.
- Coordinate high-impact live-hosting sessions to maximize customer engagement and real-time sales.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and customer behavior data to provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and logistics, to streamline the customer journey from purchase to delivery.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to keep the brand at the forefront of the market.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in E-commerce, with at least 1 year in a leadership or team-lead role.
- Proven track record of managing marketplace platforms (e.g., Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and build growth strategies.
- Deep understanding of live-streaming best practices and digital retail ecosystem.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Fluent in both Indonesian and English.
