Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive e-commerce strategies aligned with business objectives and market trends
- Oversee day-to-day operations of online stores, including product listings, inventory management, and order fulfillment
- Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and market insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize conversion funnels
- Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO/SEM, email campaigns, and social media promotions to drive traffic and sales
- Manage vendor relationships and negotiate partnerships to expand product offerings and improve margins
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, finance) to ensure seamless execution of e-commerce initiatives
- Monitor KPIs and prepare regular performance reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive e-commerce management experience with proven revenue growth track record
- Expertise in major e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento) and digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush)
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions
- Experience managing P&L for e-commerce channels and implementing cost optimization strategies
- Proficient in A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and customer journey mapping
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and remote collaborators
