Are you a data-driven marketer with a passion for the beauty and skincare industry? Wamrus Trading, Inc. is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Marketing Supervisor to lead our digital growth initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the brand lead, overseeing the end-to-end digital marketing performance for our skincare portfolio. We are looking for a senior individual contributor who can blend creative brand storytelling with technical ecommerce strategy to drive conversions, increase brand visibility, and manage high-impact campaigns across digital channels.
You will be responsible for managing the full customer lifecycle, optimizing conversion rates, and ensuring our skincare brands maintain a dominant digital presence. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have a proven track record of scaling ecommerce sales, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive traffic and sales for skincare product lines.
- Manage end-to-end ecommerce operations, including product listings, promotions, and campaign launches.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics (ROI, ROAS, CPA) to optimize ad spend and campaign efficiency.
- Lead brand positioning and content strategy across social media, email marketing, and marketplace platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align promotional calendars with inventory and sales objectives.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
- Maintain high levels of customer engagement through targeted digital touchpoints and brand-aligned communication.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce marketing, preferably within the skincare, beauty, or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of ecommerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads).
- Data-driven mindset with advanced skills in web analytics and reporting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to work independently as a brand lead.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and deliver measurable marketing ROI.
