In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our online product presentation, ensuring that our catalog is accurate, visually appealing, and strategically organized to maximize conversion rates.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to manage end-to-end product lifecycles, from initial data ingestion to site launch. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of site navigation, consumer behavior, and the technical intricacies of eCommerce platforms. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end process of product uploads, ensuring accuracy in pricing, descriptions, and imagery across all eCommerce platforms.
- Optimize category navigation and site search to enhance customer journey and search visibility.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement seasonal campaigns, promotions, and banner updates.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to identify out-of-stock risks and product restock needs.
- Conduct regular site audits to ensure 100% data integrity and consistency in product attributes.
- Analyze merchandising performance metrics to provide actionable insights for sales growth.
- Coordinate with vendors to obtain high-quality product assets and necessary technical specifications.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital content management, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
- High proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) for data manipulation and bulk uploads.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English, with a keen eye for detail and copywriting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple project timelines simultaneously.
