Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and update website content, product listings, and imagery to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Monitor daily ecommerce operations, including inventory levels and order processing workflows.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting site performance and checkout processes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotional events.
- Analyze website analytics to optimize user experience (UX) and conversion rates.
- Maintain the CMS and ensure all plugins and integrations are up-to-date and functioning correctly.
- Ensure data integrity across all platforms and generate performance reports.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Ecommerce Operations or Digital Marketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Proficiency in CMS platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
- Strong understanding of HTML/CSS basics and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English (written and verbal).
