Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and optimize e-commerce marketing strategies to drive traffic and increase conversion rates.
- Manage end-to-end Australian digital campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and performance alignment.
- Conduct regular SEO audits and implement on-page/off-page strategies to improve organic search visibility.
- Monitor and report on web analytics, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve UX/UI and streamline the customer purchasing journey.
- Maintain product listings, updates, and promotional content across various e-commerce platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends, platform algorithm changes, and e-commerce best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing.
- Solid understanding of SEO best practices, SEM, and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage Australian-based stakeholders effectively.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into successful campaigns.
- Proficiency in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or WooCommerce).
- Ability to thrive in a hybrid work setting and handle multiple project deadlines simultaneously.
