In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital storefronts, responsible for managing end-to-end operations, executing sales strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. As our Ecommerce Specialist, you will wear many hats, from monitoring platform health to analyzing complex datasets to inform future campaigns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and ensure that every customer touchpoint is optimized for conversion. If you are passionate about digital retail, skilled in platform management (Lazada, Shopee, or Shopify), and motivated by achieving measurable KPIs, we want to hear from you.
Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end daily operations across multiple ecommerce platforms including product listing, inventory tracking, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and boost overall online sales performance.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities and optimize product pricing strategies.
- Maintain and improve store health scores, seller ratings, and customer satisfaction metrics by addressing inquiries and issues promptly.
- Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams to ensure synchronized product launches and seamless delivery workflows.
- Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to keep our store offerings competitive and relevant.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports highlighting key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, and conversion trends.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing ecommerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or Shopify).
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data visualization tools.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a digital retail environment.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships with stakeholders and customers.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO, and consumer behavior in the Philippine market.
