Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize product listings across key marketplaces (Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada)
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost visibility and conversion rates
- Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities
- Implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Collaborate with marketing teams on digital advertising initiatives
- Ensure accurate product information and inventory synchronization
- Generate regular performance reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of e-commerce or digital marketing experience
- Proficiency in marketplace management platforms and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Indonesian e-commerce landscape
- Expertise in SEO/SEM and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
- Advanced data analysis and reporting capabilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
