Tanggung Jawab
- Perform meticulous copyediting and proofreading of educational manuscripts to ensure grammatical accuracy and stylistic consistency.
- Conduct final reading and quality control checks on assigned materials before they proceed to layout and printing.
- Collaborate with authors and internal departments to clarify content, verify facts, and address editorial queries.
- Ensure that all content adheres to the REX Education house style guide and institutional standards.
- Track manuscript progress and meet production deadlines consistently.
- Review layout proofs to identify and correct typographical errors or formatting issues.
- Maintain organized records of editorial changes and version control for all assigned projects.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Creative Writing, Education, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with a strong command of the English and/or Filipino language are highly encouraged to apply.
- Exceptional attention to detail with an eagle eye for spotting errors in grammar, punctuation, and syntax.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with editorial tools.
