Tanggung Jawab
- Operate EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining) equipment to produce precision components with tight tolerances
- Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to determine machining requirements
- Set up, program, and adjust EDM machines for optimal performance and accuracy
- Monitor machining processes and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on EDM equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality
- Maintain accurate records of production activities and quality control measures
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes
Kualifikasi
- Certificate or diploma in Machining, Tool and Die Making, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience operating EDM machines, preferably in a precision manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of EDM processes, principles, and equipment operation
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges
- Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machining issues
