Tanggung Jawab
- Operate and maintain EDM Sinker machines to produce high-precision semiconductor components.
- Interpret complex blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate machining.
- Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot machine parameters for optimal performance and efficiency.
- Conduct regular quality inspections using precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, CMM) to ensure parts meet strict specifications.
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure a clean, organized work station (5S compliance).
- Document production processes and report any technical issues or deviations to the supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output targets and delivery deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Precision Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of hands-on experience in EDM Sinker machining within a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
- Strong understanding of machining processes and tool geometry.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications.
- Ability to perform shift work if required, though this role follows standard office hours.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on quality and safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving production setting.
