Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive study abroad counseling to prospective students based on their academic background, career goals, and financial considerations
- Develop and maintain relationships with educational institutions, universities, and colleges worldwide
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting educational programs and services
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
- Prepare and present educational proposals and guidance materials to clients
- Assist students with application processes, visa requirements, and pre-departure preparations
- Maintain accurate client records and follow up with potential leads systematically
- Participate in marketing events and exhibitions to promote AW Education's services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or education counseling
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of international education systems and study abroad processes
- Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Fluency in English and at least one other language (Mandarin, Chinese, or other Asian languages preferred)
