Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective online sales strategies to promote international study programs.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge and consultancy to prospective students and parents.
- Manage end-to-end sales pipelines, from initial lead inquiry to student enrollment.
- Conduct professional presentations and consultations regarding study abroad destinations, visa requirements, and academic programs.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by offering personalized guidance tailored to student aspirations.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining quality service standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation and conversion efforts.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, education consulting, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Strong proficiency in digital communication tools and social media platforms for sales.
- Highly organized, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Passionate about the education industry and eager to learn about international academic systems.
- Willingness to work in Malang and travel if necessary for promotional events.
- Educational background in Communication, Marketing, or International Relations is a plus.
