As an Education Consultant, you will act as a bridge between our innovative learning solutions and the students/parents who need them most.
In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on educational programs, conducting consultative sales, and ensuring that every student has the tools they need to achieve academic excellence. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and reach out to potential clients, including parents and students, to promote educational programs.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to understand academic needs and recommend suitable Kejarcita.id solutions.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to successful enrollment.
- Maintain a deep understanding of our educational product offerings and the competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present professional sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and provide post-consultation support.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Document all client interactions accurately within the company CRM system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Education, Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales, customer service, or educational consulting is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian.
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven, high-energy environment.
- Passion for the Indonesian education system and digital transformation.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust with parents and students.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
- Willingness to travel locally within the Tangerang Selatan area as required.
