As an Education Consultant, you'll be the face of Kejarcita.id, providing personalized consultations to students and parents. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct in-person consultations with prospective students to assess educational needs and career goals
- Present and sell Kejarcita.id's educational programs through persuasive demonstrations
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in the Jakarta Utara region
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic lead generation
- Collaborate with academic teams to ensure program alignment with student requirements
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain accurate CRM data
- Participate in community outreach initiatives to expand brand presence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, consulting, or education sector
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of Indonesian education landscape and vocational programs
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver's license and willingness for regional travel
- Fluency in English is advantageous
